Iliad, together with KHT, are currently on-site in Prescot at the home of former Lancashire Watch Company headquarters – Prescot Watch Factory.

This Knowsley regeneration project is steeped in history, having played an important role in World War One as the former barracks of Lord Derby’s Pals Battalion. Further into the 20th Century, the former watchworks became a facility for printing some of the first regional newspapers in the country. Following an acquisition, the Liverpool Echo was formed; a regional newspaper now owned by Trinity Mirror Group and still in circulation today!

The village forms an integral part of the 7 acre Albany Road regeneration masterplan with phase 1 introducing two additional purpose-built wings to the striking Grade-II listed factory grounds. The extended factory will comprise 54 one and two bed apartments and 16 new-build bungalows on adjacent plots overlooking private, beautifully landscaped gardens.

This cutting-edge scheme will provide extra care accommodation with the freedom of independent living and the peace-of-mind of rehabilitation and intermediate care options.

Prescot Watch Factory is scheduled for completion in mid-2016.
