Lever Court is named in honour of the charismatic Sydney Lever Esq, a true entrepreneur of Liverpool, whose pioneering achievements included becoming the first casino licensee in the UK.

This stunning RopeWalks development boasts a private landscaped courtyard to the centre of the property, accessible via a first floor patio. Beautiful marble cladding adorns the external fabric of the iconic Duke Street elevation, complementing the historic character of neighbouring former merchant townhouses; recently brought back to life and re-invented as boutique apart-hotels, chic bars, and upmarket eateries.

As with Iliad’s nearby East Village scheme, this project showcases the highest quality of interior fixtures and furnishings; NoName Ltd award-winning kitchen designs, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, private balconies overlooking Duke Street, and bespoke tile designs throughout the main entrance and communal areas.

Unveiled in 2008 and comprising 61 apartments, Lever Court is fully occupied by international apart-hotel operator StayCity.
The scheme contains several commercial units, opening onto Duke Street and Gradwell Street respectively, occupied by local restaurants and an internationally renowned, award-winning independent barber shop frequented by Premier League footballers!
