Bold Street, situated at the heart of the bohemian RopeWalks quarter of Liverpool City Centre, is one of the busiest independent shopping & leisure districts outside of London.

Boasting over 300 small shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, Bold Street is home to restaurants serving up the most diverse dishes Liverpool has to offer – from Lebanese and Indian street food, to freshly baked cakes and bagels – it’s easy to see why Bold Street was voted one of the top 5 independent retail destinations in the UK by search engine giant Google.

Iliad own and manage several buildings on this strip, renovating former storage and office spaces above many of the independent shops to provide high quality apartments on this extremely popular street.

Iliad are also proud to have acquired the architecturally stunning former banking hall at 93 – 97 Bold Street which currently houses a unique, independently operated apart-hotel complex under the rapidly expanding ‘Signature Living’ portfolio.
Comprising luxurious serviced apartments suitable for large parties staying in the city, Signature Living have renovated and reconfigured the former banking hall with large, open-plan party apartments including a 30-bed basement level party space fitted with a private bar.

The ground floor commercial unit in 93 – 97 Bold Street is currently let to an express convenience store which services the growing number of residents living in the RopeWalks.

Iliad have further plans to regenerate newly-acquired buildings on the street from 2016 and opened a new casual dining concept, Crust, at 25 Bold Street in December 2015.
