RIBA nominate Iliad’s Elysian Fields as an ‘exemplar’ building

Elysian Fields has been listed in the 2009 RIBA guide as an exemplar building, one of only 20 given this architecural seal of approval in the North West.

The architects, Falconer Chester Hall, were briefed by Iliad to define a new standard in design and quality of materials for residential inner city living, providing a positive contribution to the local conservation area (The RopeWalks in the centre of the city).

Iliad are delighted with this honour. All 105 Elysian Fields apartments are fully occupied and plans for an Italian enoteca on the ground floor have now been finalised.
