Iliad are pleased to announce that Alfonso Ruocco has been awarded a position on the Iliad apprenticeship scheme as Restaurant Duty Manager at Il Forno, Liverpool’s leading authentic Italian restaurant.
Alfonso was originally recognised for his talent and expertise in the hospitality sector by Vince Margiotta, Operations Director for Il Forno and Sapporo Teppanyaki, when holidaying in Alfonso’s home town, Minori on the Amalfi coast.
In 2009, Alfonso joined Il Forno and over the past 2 years has demonstrated his enthusiasm and passion, whilst being a great asset to the team.

Alfonso first entered the leisure and hospitality sector in 2007 where he gained his experience in Italy and later moved to England to join Il Forno.
